School Council

The school council is a type of committee. We seek to help the school, arrange fun events and solve problems and dilemas the school may have.
This committee consists of people from thoughout the school from year two to year six. We generally work to make the school a better place.

First I would like to tell you some of the projects the school council have taken on : Bake a difference ( Children in Need), Recycling - making our school a greener place and many more.
Within the school council we try to get every child to have a job. As well as this we pride ourselves on including the rest of the school in some of the many jobs. We have asked the children to bring in old batteries so that the school can recycle them. We also ask all the children to take part in the coat peg sweep every week. This is where a trophy is given to the class with the tidiest pegs.

We would like to thank all of the children and parents that have helped us with our projects

Jessica (Head of School Council 2011-2012)

Batteries Collected

We collected over 500 batteries which have been recycled

and are continuing with our collection.
